About Us

Kathy Cotter has executive and board level  experience as an HR professional in leading global technology organisations.   As a mother of three, Kathy understands just how challenging it can be to manage the maternity transition from a personal perspective.   Kathy is also familiar with the challenges employers face when staff take maternity leave.   Combining her corporate HR expertise with her coaching skills, Kathy works in a focused, pragmatic and supportive manner with clients.

Kathy’s qualifications reflect the depth and breadth of the interest and expertise she has for working in this field. She is currently completing a doctorate with a research interest related to maternity coaching.

An accredited Psychotherapist, Coach and Researcher, Kathy’s qualifications include: MA Exec, Business and Life Coaching; Adv Dip in Counselling; MA Human Resource Mgmt. 

Janet Stackhouse became interested in coaching and mentoring as a result of her personal experience of receiving coaching during Jan's photoa  period of significant change within a third sector organisation of which she was the CEO.    Janet brings a wealth of senior executive and CEO level experience within the public and voluntary sectors to her coaching and mentoring work.   

Particular interests include:

  • Coaching and mentoring senior executives;
  • Senior team coaching where organisations are seeking a culture shift;
  • Coaching through transitions – getting the best from teams and individuals during times of uncertainty.

Janet’s qualifications include a post-graduate diploma in Executive, Business & Life Coaching.   Additionally, Janet is a qualified NLP Practitioner.  As a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Confederation Janet abides by their professional code of conduct.

Rebecca Hartnell  is a coach and a clinical supervisor. Through her training and development roles she has delivered outcome-focused coaching interventions to individuals, teams and organisations for over 20 years.  Rebecca’s natural curiosity and belief in people’s innate ability to develop themselves, and their own environments, leads clients to generate their own sustainable solutions.
